On this DVD Khensur Rinpoche Lama Lhundrup of Kopan Monastery shows the various hand mudras to be performed in the Vajrayogini practice. This is an excellent tool for anyone needing a live illustration of how to do these complicated mudras. Please note that there are different lineages of practice for performing these hand mudras. What is illustrated here is one of a few ways to do them correctly.
