In a hidden, secret valley in the Himalayas, so remote that only a few people have ever visited, there lives a community of Tibetan Buddhist monks and nuns. Their communities were founded in the early years of the last century by Dupa Rinpoche. Dupa Rinpoche composed special prayers with heartfelt tunes that inspire and soothe the mind.
