In order to minimize harm caused by possible earthquakes on the West Coast of the USA; a stupa is being built in California, under the advice of Rangjung Neljorma Khadro Namsel Drolma (Khadro-la).

US$150,000 is needed to complete this important stupa in California. Donations of any size are welcome.
