This download is the complete 'Cittamani Four Mandala Offering' puja, chanted by the monks of Kopan Monastery. This recording allows you follow the text of the puja easily. 

Tara, the mother of all the Buddhas, is a manifestation of enlightened activity. She is particularly helpful in emergencies and difficult situations. It is an excellent practice for removing obstacles, resolving intractable situations and shifting stagnation in one's life.

There is a lot to do in this puja! It involves chanting praises to the 21 Taras, long mandala offerings, flower strewing and optional prostrations. You can dedicate the puja to friends, relatives, the sick, or the success of a business or a particular project. And remember to use your mandala set to make the offerings.
