In contrast to "Mind and Cognition, Part 1, Awarenesses and Knowers," which investigates how the mind knows, this subject focuses on the states that color and control the mind, known as the 51 mental factors. Based on one of the earliest systematizations of the Buddha’s teachings, this practical guide offers us a key to identifying and cultivating positive attitudes that lead to peace and well-being.

This set of 14 sessions of teachings and guided meditations by Venerable George Churinoff makes for a fascinating study of this popular and practical subject. The practice day that concludes the course provides extra meditations and question and answer sessions.

This product is a downloadable PDF file which contains the enrollment key required to access this FPMT Basic Program online course on the online learning site at http://onlinelearning.fpmt.org.
