This text contains instructions on how to engage in the retreat of Heruka Body Mandala practice. 

The Heruka Retreat Instructions is for practitioners who are looking at doing the enabling retreat. It includes instructions on how to do a month long or three-months retreat, the preliminary practices, the Dharmakaya meditation, what to do during and between sessions, and a section from commentaries on the benefits of doing this practice.
