Known as “the generation of the all-encompassing yoga mind,” the meditation involves generating conventional bodhicitta—aspiration to achieve enlightenment for the sake of all sentient beings—with the visualization of a moon disc at one’s heart; and ultimate bodhicitta—wisdom realizing emptiness—with the visualization of a five-pronged white vajra standing on that moon disc.The translation by Ven.
