This short prayer to the protector Palden Lhamo was written in 1973 by His Holiness the Fourteenth Dalai Lama and is primarily aimed at invoking the goddess for the sake of Tibet and its people. The translation of the prayer was requested by Lama Zopa Rinpoche.

Translated by Gelong Tenzin Namjong.
