Vajra Cutter Sutra (The Exalted Mahayana Sutra on the Wisdom Gone Beyond called "The Vajra Cutter") contains teachings by the Buddha on the Perfection of Wisdom. Reciting this sutra purifies mountains of negative karma, clears away obstacles to the success of virtuous activities, and plants seeds to realize emptiness directly. 

This sutra includes an additional PDF with the Dedication Prayer by Mipham Rinpoche that Lama Zopa advises to read after recitation or reading of the sutra.
