This practice of White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, Skt. Tara Chintachakra, composed by Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche, can be used for increasing longevity. It can also be used for other increasing activities such as accomplishing wisdom and the welfare of others. It includes a meditation on Amitayus for purifying obstacles to life and restores degenerated life span, and for attaining the siddhi of immortality. This sadhana can be used for a White Tara retreat.
