A beautiful account of the twelve deeds of Shakyamuni Buddha by the Fifth Dalai Lama, Ngawang Lozang Gyatso, by way of  paying homage. The twelve deeds are performed by all buddhas, in their nirmanakaya aspect, when they manifest in our world system to turn the wheel of Dharma. There are different authentic lists of the twelve deeds by different masters. According to the Fifth Dalai Lama, this praise “accurately depicts the intended meaning of Jamyang Kunga Chözang’s An Unmistaken Exegesis of Vinaya: The Treasury of Scripture and Logic.
