Kurukulla, also known as the goddess of control, is a female tantric deity associated with attracting positive energy and attaining positive goals. She is red in color, standing on one leg in a dancing posture and holding an uptala bow and arrow. Her Tibetan name Rigjema literally translates as “knowledge goddesss” and she is considered an aspect of Tara.

This short self-generation sadhana can be used for a Kurukulla retreat in order fulfil the Kurukulla initiation commitment given by Lama Zopa Rinpoche in Kopan, December 2022.
