Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s frequent advice is that statues of the buddhas are no different from the holy beings themselves, and we should therefore have them as aids for our practice and accumulation of merit.
This quotation of the Buddha, cited from Mañjughosa Root Tantra was translated by Lama Zopa Rinpoche. Rinpoche recommends that these precious words, presented in a beautiful card, can be placed in front of the statues to inspire our faith and practice.
