These download contains  fourteen guided meditations (one hour each) on Mahamudra based on the Panchen Lama’s text The Great Seal of Voidness. As a preliminary practice, each session starts with motivation, nine round breathing, and the guru yoga of Lama Tsong Khapa followed by analyzing the void nature of the mind and concluding with dedications. This guided meditations are lead by Anila Karin. 

The recordings have been made at Kopan Monastery in Nepal.

Play time: approx 14 hours 

Karin Valham has been teaching meditation courses at kopan Monastery for over 15 years. She was ordained as a Buddhist nun 1975 and has studied the Dharma with Lama Thubten Yeshe, Kyabje Zopa Rinpoche as well as several other great Lamas.
